Children under age 18 - send us your inspiring asthma story in a letter or email (250 words or less) or send us a one minute video about how controlling your asthma has allowed you to achieve your goals. Are you an athlete, musician or dancer that has done something that you are proud of? What do you want other kids with asthma to know?
If your letter or video is chosen to appear on The Breathe Easy Play Hard website, you will become eligible to win 2 free tickets to your choice of a Rangers, Knicks or New York Liberty 2008-2009 regular season game or a $200 gift certificate to your favorite store or restaurant.
Entries submitted before June 1, 2008 will be eligible for the free tickets. Winners will be selected by a panel of advisors to The Breathe Easy Play Hard Foundation. Children and family of members of the advisory panel are not eligible to enter this contest.
The names of all winning entries will be printed on this website. Entries, whether written or video, will not be returned.
